Kinsho AI is a product operated by Tenjin Tech Company LLC.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and any related policies referenced here.

1. Scope

  • These Terms apply to all use of Kinsho AI and related services.
  • Additional policies, order forms, and agreements are incorporated by reference.

2. Service Description

  • Kinsho AI provides AI visibility analytics, competitive intelligence, reporting, and related workflow tools.
  • We may add, modify, or discontinue features as part of maintenance and product evolution.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Paid plans, billing terms, and payment methods are shown on our pricing and checkout pages.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancellation is completed before the next renewal date.
  • We may suspend or limit access for overdue payments.
  • Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and prorated refunds are not provided except where required by law or where duplicate/incorrect charges are caused by us.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • You may not interfere with service security, reliability, or availability.
  • You may not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or misuse access credentials.

6. Data and Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your submitted content and data, subject to rights needed to operate the service.
  • All platform software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors.
  • No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized redistribution is permitted.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

  • AI-generated outputs and analyses are informational and may contain errors.
  • You are responsible for independent review before making legal, financial, or strategic decisions.

8. Confidentiality

  • We treat non-public customer information as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or contract.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Service may be affected by external providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel through billing settings or designated support procedures.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abuse, or non-payment.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms as the service or legal requirements evolve.
  • Material changes are posted on this page and take effect as indicated.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
